Shipping Policy

We deliver all across Pakistan.

Delivery charges

  • Pack of 2, or any order of Rs 1,999 or more: free delivery, nationwide.
  • Orders under Rs 1,999: Rs 250 flat, anywhere in Pakistan.

The delivery charge is shown before you place your order. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

  • Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other major cities: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
  • Smaller cities and remote areas: 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners. Delays can occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to weather and circumstances outside our control.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will send you a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use it to follow your parcel on the courier’s website.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to change your address, contact us before your order is dispatched.

Failed and refused deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times and will call you on the number you provided. If the parcel cannot be delivered because nobody is available, the phone is unreachable, or the order is refused at the door, the parcel is returned to us.

Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery orders may result in future orders from that number or address requiring advance payment.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours. See our Exchange Policy for how we resolve these cases.

International orders

At present we deliver within Pakistan only.
