Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zulal online store and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Zulal is an online jewellery and fashion store operating from Lahore, Pakistan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zulal, and “you” means the customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

3. Products

Our jewellery is imitation and fashion jewellery. It is not solid gold, solid silver, or set with precious stones unless a product description says so explicitly.

We photograph every product as accurately as we can, but colours can look different on different screens, and handmade or hand-finished pieces vary slightly from one to the next. Small variations are normal and are not defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices and promotions can change at any time before you place an order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and inform you. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if the pricing was wrong, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

6. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and advance payment by bank transfer. For Cash on Delivery, payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. For bank transfers, your order is dispatched once payment has cleared.

7. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Exchanges and returns

Exchanges are covered by our Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms. We operate an exchange-only policy and do not offer cash refunds on delivered orders, except in the limited circumstances set out in that policy.

9. Abuse of Cash on Delivery

Repeatedly placing Cash on Delivery orders and refusing them at the door costs us real money. If this happens, we may require advance payment for future orders from the same phone number or address, or decline to serve them.

10. Your information

You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order, including your name, delivery address and phone number. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including photographs, text, logos and designs, belongs to Zulal and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
